Mark & Larkin Hammond Founded Larkin's Restaurants in 1998 in Lake Lure, North Carolina and established LARKIN'S ON THE LAKE and BAY FRONT BAR & GRILL as a premier dining destination in the beautiful setting of Lake Lure.

In 2005 Mark & Larkin set out to expand their hospitality business with an addition in Greenville, SC - LARKIN'S ON THE RIVER, the restaurant, catering & premier event center located at the PEACE CENTER in Downtown Greenville.

In 2008 the couple expanded further with the addition of a brand new concept "Larkin's Carolina Grill" featuring creative casual cuisine, in a comfortable atmosphere. "The Grill" is located in Columbus, NC.
